If there is anything we learned these last couple of weeks it’s that reflection is necessary. It’s easy to get caught up in our daily routine and forget to pause and reflect on our progress.
Awareness of your state in every area of life is the ultimate form of self-care. If we can't continually recognize and assess where we are, we won't be able to be a service to the world in the best way possible.
2017 was a year of transformation and new beginnings (our blog and insta). May the New Year bring more growth, wisdom, support and challenge. ✨
Patience is something we are focusing on especially during the Retrograde season. It’s easy to be fixated on how situations are “supposed” to play out but if things don’t go as planned, it doesn’t mean that it won’t happen.
Going with the flow and not forcing things can be so challenging at times. Once we let go of the “how” and focus on “being”, things will turn out better than imagined.
