Happy New Year All! What better way to start the new year than discussing about mindset? We aren’t believers of new year resolutions as they usually aren’t sustainable. So instead of new year resolutions why not evaluate your mindset and create lasting change?
Mindset is everything. Mindset is a set of beliefs or attitudes you follow. Everything that manifests first starts with a thought. The topic of mindset has been discussed in the digital space and scientists have proven how powerful it can truly be. The first thing to note is that everyone has a mindset. We all have beliefs that serve us. It doesn’t matter if we have “good” or “bad” experiences anything can be transmuted to serve us along our journey. There are three pillars to mindset. They are the intention, frequency, and action.
Intention: This is your “why” and the benefit or service you want to give on a larger scale and that is bigger than yourself.
Frequency: This has to do with your emotional state regarding your circumstance? Are you feeling grateful or greedy? Your frequency drives the process of attaining any goal.
Action: This entails the steps you will have in place to meet the goal you want to attain.
Why are these the three pillars of mindset? As we have said before everything that is manifested starts with a thought. These pillars first start with a thought (inner) and then to action (outer). Following this pillar model will get you in the habit of effectively creating and manifesting what you want. It’s important to note that this isn’t something that happens overnight. This is a practice being patient with yourself and the process is how you are going to transform and create the change you want. Anything that is meaningful for you will take time to develop.
Now that you know the three pillars what’s the best way to analyze your current mindset and create sustaining change? We created a mind shift pdf guide available for you to download below which features exercises that are congruent with the three pillars!
