We eat a plant based/vegan diet so fruits and veggies are huge part of our diet. Typically we buy organic frozen fruits and veggies since they are cheaper. While we buy frozen fruits and veggies we love buying it fresh as well. Usually buying fresh organic fruits and veggies can get expensive but there are fifteen fruits and veggies that typically have lower pesticide levels.
