FOOD AND FREQUENCY

Have you ever been cranky when you were hungry and after you got food you felt better? We definitely have! We know food can affect us but there are certain foods that can affect how we go about day to day. When we talk about frequency we talk about thoughts and emotions. We believe how we nourish our bodies lays the foundation of how we treat every other aspect of our life.

We follow a primarily plant-based/vegan diet but it doesn’t mean the food choices we make are always “healthy”. Processed sugary snacks tend to make us feel good in the beginning but make us crash as the hours go by. This causes us to be less productive and thinks less optimistic thoughts. When we eat whole foods throughout the day we feel energized and productive. I’m sure you have felt that way when eating sugary foods and drinks. Have you wondered why? Everything is energy. Everything has a frequency. According to Bruce Tainio a healthy body operates on a frequency of 62 to 72 MHz. When your frequency drops your immune system weakens and becomes more susceptible to diseases. Colds and diseases start at 58 MHz.

Below are the food groups and their Hz.

Fresh Herbs: 20-27 Hz

Dry Herbs: 12-22 Hz

Fresh Fruits/Vegetables: Up to 15 Hz

Genetically Modified Foods: 5 Hz

Processed Foods: 0 Hz

Canned Foods: 0 Hz

What do you notice about this list? Whole foods and herbs have a higher frequency than processed foods. So what food choices can we make to elevate our frequency throughout the day? We can incorporate more fresh fruits and veggies/whole foods throughout the day. We know it’s unrealistic to eat only fresh fruit and veggies (just because it’s plant-based doesn’t mean it can’t be processed). Frequency isn’t just about the food we eat but also our thoughts and emotions (mindset). So often our mindset about certain things is what causes us to feel drained.

Lots of love,
